Tovah Lalla has a passion for helping people heal. After struggling through her own inner demons, she learned how to do the work to begin to heal her wounds and make peace with her darker aspects. She was inspired to create her platform "Get in! We're Going Healing!" as a way to inspire others to let go of the things in their lives that are holding them back from being their best, their greatest, their most authentic selves. She created a podcast to share the tools and lessons she learned with others, in the hopes that they too could begin to heal themselves.

Now she is bringing those skills to "Meditation Mondays", a monthly meditation class where she leads participants though guided meditations using a combination of sound, movement, breathwork, visual imagery, and introspection, to help individuals uncover the hidden aspects of themselves that may be contributing to their self-limiting beliefs. Her hope is that she can empower others to be their authentic selves and live their best lives.
