You can look forward to breathwork, a vision board workshop, guided meditations, and meaningful connections at this intimate retreat.

Your Itinerary:
January 3, 10:00AM - January 4, 3:30PM

Day 1: Friday January 3

Welcome to the retreat! You will be welcomed in our opening ceremony, and can look forward to breathwork with Jenny. You will set your intention for this new year and release what no longer serves you. Debbi will begin leading you through the first portion of the vision board workshop, as you dig deeper into your dreams.

Day 2: Saturday January 4

Let's declare it! After a delicious and nourishing breakfast, you will land back in the space with a guided meditiation. This will bring you into the empowered mindset to complete your vision board, and boldly declare you beautiful vision for 2025!
