In Darkness There is Light is a Winter Solstice Celebration Circle to honour this darkest night and the period of hope that it brings. As much as this darkness is honoured, it is the returning light that we celebrate here.

We celebrate the longer days ahead.

The speck of light at the end of the dark tunnel. The acknowledgement that no matter how dark things get, there can be light again.

This celebration is going to honour our winter selves and the (potentially) frenetic holiday season around us. It will be a place to refuge in the midst of the chaos, and may be a different way to celebrate with your friends or loved ones. Rather than consuming goods, this circle invites you to give the gift of presence together.

Includes:

- An herbal tea infusion to settle our nervous systems and connect us to the abundance of the harvest season that allowed for a winter tea.

- A group Reiki session that will help clear and stagnant energy from the body and align your energetic pathways for the season.

- A guided meditation and visualization to help embody the slowness of winter and the season of less is more.

- Reflection, connection, guided journal prompts, and a sharing circle.
